The firm advises on all aspects of selling, buying and letting farms, smallholdings, agricultural land and barn conversions.

It provides land and property valuations, arranges and conducts sales, either by auction or privately. It also values and conducts sales of farm animals and other livestock, and of agricultural machinery.

Typical plots range from five to five hundred acres. Most clients are located in south and west Wales.

The firm has specialist expertise in wind energy and helps wind farm operators find suitable sites in Wales. It advises the owners and/or farmers of such sites on issues of royalty and rental payments.

In addition, it acts for farmers and landowners whose land has been used for underground pipelines by utility companies, assessing any damage and agreeing compensation payments.
