At Rees Richards our understanding of the farming industry and the needs of farmers and owners of agricultural land is unparalleled.

Most of our clients are based in south and west Wales and we are THE people to talk to about all aspects of selling, buying and letting farms, smallholdings, agricultural land and barn conversions.

As well as giving advice, we carry out land and property valuations on plots ranging from five to five hundred acres and can arrange and conduct sales by public auction or privately.

We can also value and conduct sales of farm animals and other livestock and agricultural machinery.

Wind energy is another field in which we excel. We apply our extensive knowledge of the area to help wind farm operators find suitable sites throughout Wales, advising owners and/or farmers on the issue of royalty and rental payments.

Our specialist advice also covers the issue of underground pipelines and cables. We act for landowners and farmers whose land has been damaged by utility companies, assessing any damage and agreeing compensation payments.
