Proceed through these traffic lights still on A 4067, Mumbles Road, and proceed through Blackpill, passing Petrol Garage on right hand side and also on the left hand side, and continue forward. On reaching mini roundabout at West Cross, take 1st exit and again continue forward. At next mini roundabout go straight across (1st exit) and pass through village of Mumbles. On reaching The George Public House and restaurant, set back on the right hand side, Number 710 is the next but one property - next door to The Coast House Bed and Breakfast.
