Ian Howell JP MRICS FAAV - Partner Ian Howell studied Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. After spending two years with Savills at their Norwich office in East Anglia, specialising in farm management, he joined Rees Richards & Partners in 1987. He became a partner in 1991. Matthew Lloyd MRICS - Partner
Matthew Lloyd was educated at the Royal Agricultural College Cirencester, and has experience working within the rural sector throughout South and West Wales since 1995. He joined Rees Richards & Partners in 2001, and became a partner in 2009. He is a Chartered Surveyor, and founder member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers' South Wales Young Valuers Club. Dylan Williams BSc PgDip (Surv) MRICS - Partner
Dylan, a farmer’s son, joined Rees Richards and Partners as an assistant surveyor in 2003 having graduated from The University of Wales Aberystwyth. Initially working within the Professional Services Department, he obtained Chartered status in 2006 and branched out to the Valuation and Commercial departments, undertaking commercial and agricultural property valuations on behalf of some of the U.K’s leading lenders together with provision of consultancy in the acquisition, disposal and letting of property throughout the U.K. on behalf of both national and private clients. Carey Knox NAEA - Manager Carey Knox, a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, joined Rees Richards & Partners in 2002. She has worked in estate agency for 20 years and is the third generation of her family to be involved in the business – both her father and grandfather were auctioneers/estate agents.
