We’re very professional at Rees Richards. The range of professional services we offer includes chartered building consultancy and valuations delivered by a dedicated team of some 13 staff.

From the preparation of schedules of conditions to due diligence and project management, our building surveyors apply specialist knowledge to provide competitively priced services tailored to each client’s needs.

We provide valuation services on individual properties and large scale portfolios whether for the purposes of mortgage, taxation, pension fund or probate.

A specialist area of expertise is in the area of compulsory purchase. We’re experienced at dealing with acquiring authorities, acting on behalf of private clients facilitating discussion and negotiation and managing disputes.

A further specialism is within the sector of water utilities. We handle purchase and other land related issues for both operational management and capital investment programmes for clean and dirty water systems.
